Quotes Do you show fixed final prices?
No. Public pages use starting labels or quote labels only. Final pricing depends on route, pickup, timing, group size, vehicle level, operator availability, hotel dates, and add-ons.
Booking Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?
No. The form creates a private request. The Anmodou Tours team reviews details and confirms availability, quote, payment details, and timing before the booking is accepted.
Payment How do payments work?
There is no online payment on the website now. Cash or bank transfer details are confirmed by the team after quote review and agreement.
Changes What about cancellation or changes?
Cancellation and change terms depend on the confirmed service, operator, hotel, vehicle, and timing. The team should confirm those terms with the quote before booking.
Activities Are quad, buggy, surf, balloon, camel, horse, and boat activities automatically available?
No. These activities require operator verification. Safety, insurance, equipment, weather, route, timing, and provider availability must be checked before confirmation.
Transfers Can you arrange Agadir airport pickup?
Yes. Airport pickup, Taghazout transfer, family van, VIP transport, private driver days, and regional transfers can be requested. Final quote depends on flight time, pickup/dropoff, passengers, luggage, and vehicle level.
Groups Can Anmodou help large groups?
Yes, by request. Large families, private groups, corporate groups, weddings, and 200+ traveler requests require manual review for vehicles, timing, meals, hotels, and supplier capacity.
Add-ons Can you help with hotels and dining?
Yes. Hotel assistance, resort/stay packages, Moroccan lunch, seafood, tea, sunset dinner, cooking, and celebration planning are handled as quote-led add-ons. Hotel rates depend on dates and availability.
Languages Which languages are supported?
English, French, and Arabic support can be requested. Tell the team your preferred language when you send the quote request.
